o Work closely with IT for any changes in the existing system to bring efficiency and optimize resources. This also includes implementing any changes introduced as a result of changes in tax laws, Government Law and financial practices.


Human Resource
o Assist Manager in hiring, recruiting, interviewing and on-boarding.
o Use social media, internet sourcing and other technical means to source candidate.
o Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
o Monitor company policies.
